第五年為各位介紹西班牙ROSA藝術集團來台參加[2017 Art Revolution Taipei 台北新藝術博覽會]的藝術家。今年特別邀請來了九位藝術家，大致可分為風景畫、人物畫與其他類。最後兩位都是人物畫的大師，首先介紹的是去年非常受歡迎的粉彩畫大師 Vicente Romero。粉彩畫可以做到油畫的質感，也可以展現水彩的輕柔感，特別的是粉彩是當今最能永存的畫材，它不會像水彩容易褪色，也不會像油畫容易變黃或龜裂，它可以保存炫麗的色澤。以地中海休憩風聞名藝壇的 Vicente 就是覺得只有粉彩畫可以更細膩地表達出他想要的效果。以這幅畫為例 [Shawl Play / 西班牙披肩]，繁複的構圖，地中海莊園式的背景加上以女性人物為主題的前景，元素眾多但層次分明。難能可貴的是絲綢的通透度掌握得那麼好，這幅畫是他典型粉彩畫的傑作。

Vicente Romero [譯音: 文森特·羅梅羅]
61歲(1956)，西班牙(馬德里)，現定居布拉瓦海岸。1982年以優異成績畢業於馬德里聖費爾南多學院美術系(薩爾瓦多•達利的母校)。寫實主義，除了油畫之外，他亦精於粉彩畫。主題多為女性人物，搭配地中海風情與陽光，展現出一種甜憩的休閒風。近期自2002年至2015年共有17項個展(包括1項法國沙龍展)的展出記錄。

1956年出生於西班牙馬德里。以優異成績畢業於馬德里聖費爾南多學院美術系，精於粉彩畫創作，常受邀至歐洲各大藝術學院授課。主題多為女性人物，搭配地中海風情與陽光，展現出一種甜憩的休閒風。主要藏家分佈在歐洲、美國與亞洲。
Born in Madrid in 1956, graduated with special honors at the prestigious San Fernando Faculty of Fine Arts in Madrid. Vicente is a Master of the pastel technique, he is often required by the most important Art schools of Europe to do workshops about this technique. His beautiful and delicate works that shown the women beauty and catch the magical and unique Mediterranean light are included at the main Art Collections of Europe, USA, and Asia.

Ballerina / 芭蕾舞者
這是一個經典的繪畫構圖：一個少女芭蕾舞者反映在練習場角落的鏡子中。 像這種嚴謹的構圖，背景中沒有別的元素，只突顯出鏡中舞者的多重映象，前、後、左、右4個角度。我想強調女舞者的青春與稚嫩，從她怯生生地擺出一個經典的姿勢，以及芭蕾舞衣細緻的蕾絲，到她穿著的粉紅緞帶舞鞋。
Classical pictorial composition of the image of a teenage ballerina reflected in the various mirrors of the ballroom. In this austere interior composition, with no elements in the background, stand out the multiple reflections of the figure of the dancer in the mirror ,and make it possible to contemplate the dancer from the 4 angles, front, back, right side and left side. It emphasizes the fresh and youthful beauty of the protagonist in a timid and dreamy pose, as well as the delicacy of the lace tutu and the softness of the pink satin from which her dancing shoes are made.

一位少女站在清澈透亮的地中海岸邊，依著金黃色的沙灘。她感受到春天暖洋洋的日光灑落在她細緻的皮膚上，柔和的海風吹拂著她的秀髮與衣裳。她赤足站在溫暖的海水中，優雅地拎著她的裙襬。
The beautiful young girl standing at the shore of the transparent Mediterranean Sea, close to the golden sand. She feels the warmth of the spring sunlight on her delicate skin and the soft sea breeze caresses her hair and dress . Her feet are bathed by the warm sea, her hands pick up her dress in a graceful pose.

Red Veil / 紅紗女郎
我藉由多層次的構圖，清晰地凸顯出亞洲女性的美麗、柔細和感性。光源映照在女主角的身形上，為這件作品帶來了溫暖的氣氛。
這位年輕女子罩著精美的、古色古香的、手工刺繡的紅色薄紗， 接著看到床單和窗簾的白色織紋，然後是左邊木雕窗櫺的豐富質感，這些構成了這張畫的透視和景深。
Rich pictorial composition and clear tribute to the beauty, delicacy and sensuality of the Asian women. The figure of the young woman is illuminated indirectly giving much warmth and atmosphere to the piece.
The delicate, antique, hand embroidered veil of red tulle that covers the young woman, is the main protagonist of this sublime piece. Stand out the whiteness and texture of the sheets and curtains, as well as the rich detail of the carved wooden window, that is at the left of the composition and that contributes giving perspective and depth to the painting.

Shawl Play / 西班牙披肩
這是一個豐富的構圖，有著戶外的背景與室內的前景。在地中海岸邊的一個初夏早晨，海水平和清澈，盛開的花朵香氣圍繞。在室內，一位美麗的少婦沐浴在和煦的陽光下，丈量著她的絲綢披肩，準備裁縫新衣裳。
Complex pictorial composition, with landscape background and interior foreground. It is a warm early summer morning on the Mediterranean coast, the sea is calm and it is clean and blue, the flowers of the garden have bloomed and its soft fragrance floods the environment. In the interior of the house, a beautiful young woman, bathed in the warm sunlight, plays with her silk shawl, before making a dress from it, on her sewing machine.

Venetian mask / 威尼斯面具
這幅畫巧妙地結合了素描與粉彩技巧。這位年輕女主角，有著玲瓏有緻的身材以及即肩的秀髮，用金色的威尼斯面具遮住她的臉龐，有點害羞地裸露著。
Virtuous combination of drawing and pastel techniques. The young woman, with delicate and harmonious body and long and beautiful hair, covers her face, with a rich Venetian mask of gold in an act of shyness and coquetry at her nakedness.

寧靜與祥和在忙碌的工商社會中好像奢侈品似的遙不可得。我們忘了(或是從未被教導)偷得浮生半日閒是一件很重要的事。
The peace and calm are virtues considered by many as an almost unobtainable luxury in these times where life goes always so fast. Serenity seems to be, at all times, one millimeter beyond our reach, while the obligations of the day become more and more subjugating. At some point in life we were taught to forget, or perhaps the problem is that we never learned ,that time is not the one that moves quickly but us, and to stop ourselves a little, to enjoy the moment, should be a priority.
Vicente Romero 的作品向我們展示了人生中仍然有某些平靜的片刻是值得放在記憶中的。他在馬德里聖費爾南多美術學院(達利大師的母校)習得了油畫與粉彩畫的技巧。但只有粉彩畫可以更細膩地表達出他想要的效果。
The artworks of Vicente Romero Redondo (Spain, 1956) show that there are still places where every moment is able to transform into memories of perfect peace. He studied at the Faculty of Fine Arts of San Fernando in Madrid, where he received his training in oil painting and pastel color. With the pastel color technique, Vicente has achieved a more delicate expressiveness in its forms.
寧靜與祥和，就是他的風格。畫中女性人物不是靜止的，而是沉思的，彷彿隨時可以起身似的。
His artistic work is full of peace and quiet serenity. Women who appear in his paintings do not seem static but contemplative, as if the moment of calm they are feeling was not something immovable and at any time the scene could continue with small and almost imperceptible variations.
嫵媚多情也是另一個重點。舉手投足，不匆不促，性感油然而生。
Sensuality is another important element on Vicente’s works, it arises from the everyday gestures and common poses, that seem to occur only when there is no rush to move onto something else.
藉由畫中女主角展現出來滿溢的平和，藝術家似乎邀請觀畫者進入他的地中海風情中。
With his works, Vicente Romero Redondo seems to invite the viewers to share the peace that women of his paintings seem to be submerged, as if it was a warm dream, a content sigh able to transport us to someplace in the Mediterranean.
Tehnique description 技巧說明
和煦的地中海日照穿進海灘旁的小屋，整個畫面洋溢著通透又溫暖的色彩。多情浪漫、休憩色調、生動構圖、光影處理，這些都是Vicente Romero的作畫風格。他的創作不僅主題明確又饒富細節。
Transparent colors, warm colors and slashing colors of sunlight breaking through a house near the beach. These are the pastel works of Vicente Romero: Instinctive and romantic, the use of the color, in addition to the composition of the live drawing and the play of the light and shadows. Romero's paintings show us human figure in a well defined and full of beautiful and rich details space.
