第五年為各位介紹西班牙ROSA藝術集團來台參加[2017 Art Revolution Taipei 台北新藝術博覽會]的藝術家。今年特別邀請來了九位藝術家,大致可分為風景畫、人物畫與其他類。第二位登場的是初次參展的印象派風景畫大師 Fermin Garcia Sevilla。他與上一位風景畫藝術家Miguel Peidro不同的地方在於,Miguel比較寫實,而Fermin比較寫意。他是印象派的崇拜者,對於光影的掌握、描繪與構圖,特別著迷。在畫面的處理上,像是採用變焦鏡頭的方式,聚焦在視覺中心,周邊近景與遠景反而抽象化、模糊化、平面化。就像上面這幅[EN OSSA DE MONTIEL / IN OSSA DE MONTIEL / 奧薩德蒙鐵爾的紅花]所展現的,這就是所謂的「邊緣扭曲技法」。雖然如此,他在焦點之外的部分偶而也會加入一些“亮點”,但是小心翼翼的避免搶走主題的丰采,使得整體畫面增添了許多令人回味的地方。這樣的風格讓他晉身為「美術館等級」的藝術家,贏得了超過100個國家獎項的第一名,展出紀錄非常卓越!

Fermín García Sevilla [譯音: 費爾明.賈西亞.塞維利亞],56歲(1961),出生在托梅略索(西班牙.卡斯蒂利亞-拉曼恰雷阿爾城省的一個市鎮)。自學成才,受到著名藝術家Antonio López Torres 和 Antonio López García 的影響最大。在他將近40年的漫長藝術生涯中專注在風景畫。對於光影的掌握、描繪與構圖,特別著迷。他也是Sanchez Perrier (1855-1907, 西班牙風景畫家), Martin Rico (1833-1908, 西班牙風景畫家與城市景觀畫家), De Haes (1849-1898, 來自比利時的西班牙風景畫家) 和法國印象派畫家的狂熱崇拜者。風景寫實主義,擅長用俯瞰的角度來挑戰地平線,用景深與光影來凸顯出構圖的層次感。自1983年起獲得超過100項繪畫比賽第一名(包括3場沙龍展與2場美術館)。自1986年起迄今至少有28項個展(3項美術館)與76項群展(包括13場藝博會與8項美術館)的展出記錄,藏家分佈於歐洲、亞洲與美洲。Fermin 在西班牙是被稱為“大師級”的人物,他目前教授幾門課程,教授壓克力繪畫的技巧與程序。為了從生活中取材繪畫他走遍了整個西班牙。

Fermin García Sevilla is a self-taught artist. During his long career he took many courses of techniques and pictorial procedures, he is specialized in landscape painting from the natural. Fermin is obsessed with the light, drawing and composition. He won more than 100 First National Awards, has participated in endless exhibitions at the most renowned Art Galleries of Europe. His works are held in Museums and important public and private collections.

ALEGORÍA PRIMAVERAL / SPRING ALLEGORY / 春天的寓言 (暫譯)

這幅畫畫的是莫塔德爾庫埃爾沃(西班牙卡斯蒂利亞-拉曼恰-昆卡省的一個市鎮)的俯瞰圖,從她附近的小山丘上所看到的景觀。周圍的磨坊啟發了米蓋爾•德•賽凡提斯•薩維德拉書寫他的偉大小說《唐吉訶德》。前景描繪的是早春時節花草初綻放時的模樣,用來烘托後方的城鎮主題。

I painted this canvas in Mota del Cuervo (Cuenca) In this painting we can see the panoramic view of this village from the nearby hill that is crowned by those mills that were the inspiration of Miguel de Cervantes for his Don Quixote. The work is represented in spring, with an incipient flowering and other compositional elements that helped much in the execution of this painting. The painting is textural in the first term and very supported in the detail of the main subject that is the urban landscape of the village.

EN OSSA DE MONTIEL / IN OSSA DE MONTIEL / 奧薩德蒙鐵爾的紅花 (暫譯)

罌粟花是我喜愛的主題之一,她們在四月中開始綻放。這幅畫中給了她們顯著的地位,雖然在背光的情況下在鮮豔度上稍微妥協了一些。這是位於奧薩德蒙鐵爾的景色,她是西班牙卡斯蒂利亞-拉曼恰自治區阿爾巴塞特省的一個市鎮。

Poppies are a pictorial subject that I like to paint, those beautiful flowers that in mid-April begin to flourish in our fields. In this canvas, I give the poppies a special role, as they cover much of the surface of the painting, trying to catch the attention of the viewer towards that area of the work, leaving all the other elements of the painting, as mere pretexts, although, as always, making special concession to the backlighting lights. I painted this canvas in Ossa de Montiel (Albacete).

ESCENA EXTREMEÑA / SCENE EXTREMADURA / 埃斯特雷馬杜拉的風景 (暫譯)

這幅畫畫的是埃斯特雷馬杜拉2016春末的風景。僻靜的修道院隱居在一片草原之中,無數的鸛鳥在此結巢棲息著,植物欣欣向榮,有著角豆、橄欖樹、鞍樹等等。這幅畫質地很豐富,上了一層保護漆之後更顯光彩。[註:埃斯特雷馬杜拉為西班牙西部的一個自治區,葡萄牙緊鄰其西界。]

I painted this canvas at the end of the 2016’ spring in the beautiful lands of Extremadura. An hermitage in the middle of the meadows with the characteristic storks’ nest that inhabit the whole area. This painting has a good textural richness, and some other transparent glazes that give the work an interesting atmospheric sensation, we can see a good variety of vegetation of the area: carob, olive and eucalyptus trees are represented in this painting.

ESCENA MONTARAZ / Scene Montiel Area / 蒙鐵爾風光 (暫譯)

這幅畫寬廣遼闊,抓住第一道曙光,描繪的是2016年春天在蒙鐵爾(西班牙卡斯蒂利亞-拉曼恰-雷阿爾城省的一個市鎮,伊比利半島的中心) 的景色。我想描繪出山腳下牧草區日出時分的寧靜感,從近景逐層擴張的景物與周遭圍繞的光線感是這幅畫的主角。

This piece is especially atmospheric, it captures the first lights of the day, this work was painted in the 2016’ spring at the hills of the fields of Montiel (center of the Iberian peninsula) . This painting pretends to represent the stillness of our mount low fields and areas of grazing. It is a sober work with few compositional elements and where the chromatic ranges and the surrounding light are the main protagonists.

RIBADELAGO / Ribadelago / 瑞巴德拉鉤 (暫譯)

薩納布里亞湖(西班牙薩莫拉省)是一個水的天堂,起源於西班牙北部的冰川。 這裡的景觀形態有很多樣的變化,山的輪廓更陡,植被更厚。這幅畫展現了大氣的清新與日照的強烈。[註: Ribadelago是位於西班牙薩莫拉省的一個村莊。]

A canvas painted in the environs of the lake of Sanabria (Zamora), is a haven of water that due to its glacial origin, is formed in one of the rivers that feeds this beautiful lake in the north of Spain. The morphology of the landscape changes, the profiles of the mountains are steeper and the vegetation thicker .This Work has a lot of definition in its terms, due the clean atmosphere and the powerful light .

ROCAS POR LA LAGUNA DE SAN PEDRO / ROCKS FOR THE LAKE OF SAN PEDRO / 聖佩德羅湖畔的巨岩 (暫譯)

這是我最愛的主題之一,魯伊德拉潟湖群。具體而言這是描繪其中之一的聖佩德羅潟湖,旁邊就是著名的蒙特西諾斯洞穴,這些景點都曾出現在世界名著《唐吉訶德,作者:賽凡提斯》裡面。它有一個紅色般的陡峭巨岩,景色十分壯麗。我想表現的是它們豐富的紋理。[註:魯伊德拉潟湖群(Lagunas de Ruidera)是西班牙的一個自然公園,包括15個小湖,它們位於拉曼查平原。 其面積超過9,300英畝(38平方公里)。 湖泊由瀑布、小河以及地下河流連接,該地區被認為是瓜迪亞納河的源頭。]

This is undoubtedly one of my favorite subjects, since it is painted at the lagoons of Ruidera . This canvas concretely was realized in the Lagoon of San Pedro, next to the Cave of Montesinos, that also appears at the book Don Quixote by Cervantes. It is a steep terrain of reddish rocks that make the environment of sublime beauty .The work is in its first term treated with a great textural richness for the creation of the effects that the painting requires.

SAUCE Y AMAPOLAS / SAUCE OF POPPIES / 楊柳與罌粟花

這幅畫是2016年春天繪於魯伊德拉村莊(西班牙卡斯蒂利亞-拉曼恰-雷阿爾城省的一個市鎮)的入口處,那裡有著富裕的莊園與廣大的勞動人口。我在這裡想挑戰的是顏色的衝突感與構圖的平衡感;藉由紅配綠這組互補色系使得整個畫面明艷起來,層次也非常分明。

I made this work in the spring of 2016, at the entrance of the village of Ruidera (C.Real), near an area where are abundant orchards and fields of labor. I was looking for the clash of chromatic ranges, and at the same time their harmony. A challenge, that the drawing, the composition and the use of the complementary colors helped me to solve. This is a very bright painting, with a prominent work of degradation of the green tones range.

VIOLETAS / VIOLETS / 紫羅蘭

這幅畫聚焦在大片紫羅蘭花朵,伴隨著角落邊的磨坊,取景自魯伊德拉潟湖群之一的聖佩德羅潟湖。印入眼簾的是活躍的色彩以及明亮的光線,整幅畫充滿了豐富的紋理。

This piece, very cared in its execution, has as a special focus of attention: that mass of purple flowers accompanying a beautiful corner with a mill, in the lagoon of San Pedro (Ruidera) This is a painting where the vibrant color has special prominence ,and where the light fall on the elements in a special way .... I used a very direct paint with rich texture.

如何神奇地馴服地平線......我們可以說 Garcia Sevilla 的畫作在地平線的處理頗為神奇。他像是用變焦鏡頭取景,但又刻意不聚焦,因此出現離他最近的景物反而抽象化、較為模糊、平面化。這就是所謂的邊緣扭曲技法。雖然表面上還是頗為具象與寫實,但他試圖使用印象派的技術來馴服自然界的白光和不同波長的有色光,就像印象派和點描派所做的,試圖讓觀眾的視網膜重新構圖色彩頻譜!但 Fermín García Sevilla 不只如此,他還加入靈魂、魔力….

HOW taming HORIZONS MAGICAL ... We could say that Garcia Sevilla focuses the horizon as telephoto-zoom, unfocused leaving your "lens", regardless of their view, the most abstract closest to him, appearing more vague, flat. Thus it represents. They are the famous deformation of marginal so often speak. García Sevilla tracks, investigates and studies, and this is the evolution in his art, although apparently be stuck with figuration and more or less pure realism. It seems unlikely, but uses the technique of the Impressionists in frantic investigation to try to tame nature of white light and multiple wavelengths, as did the Impressionists and pointillist, trying to get the viewer's retina recompose colors spectrum really exciting! But the work of Fermín García Sevilla technique is not only much less. He has a soul, magic….
